Registration Includes:
Registration includes the lecture series, hands-on surgical and prosthetic
exercises, course materials, an opportunity to place and restore an implant
on your own patient. Continental breakfast, lunch and beverages are
provided each day. There will also be a graduation dinner for those completing
the entire course.
Each participant is encouraged to bring a patient for implant placement and
restoration. Implants and abutments will be provided.
Not included: Cost of diagnostic records for patients such as x-rays,
cone beam scans, study models; lab fees for surgical guides and final
restorations; participant and patient travel/lodging.
